Owen (surname unknown), better known as Officer Owen is a minor character in Edward and Eric. He is one of Lakeside's most notable policemen. He is voiced by Gary Sauls.
Personality[]
Unlike his partner, Chris, Owen is overly strict when it comes to enforcing the law. He firmly believes that All Crimes Are Equal, and he won't hesitate to throw citizens into the slammer for small offenses. He is frequently infuriated by Chris' antics, but they manage to retain an odd friendship all around.
